Key Responsibilities:
- Production Support: Assist with assembly, quality control, shipping/receiving, and inventory management to ensure smooth production.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues under guidance from the Service team.
- Inventory & Purchasing: Help manage inventory and support purchasing tasks by learning the companys systems.
- Service Training: Gain hands-on experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and on-site customer services.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards prior to shipment or installation.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of production activities, inventory, and service logs.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs and Sheets.
- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience in production, administration, or office management preferred.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Birmingham, AL.
