General Information
This position supports the Fort Mill 1 facility located in Fort Mill, SC.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Plans and schedules the delivery of parts, materials and components for production or in other supply chain operations as assigned.
- Regularly analyses order plans and double-checks availability of stocks of materials, parts and components (demand / capacity analyses).
- Determines daily work order sequence and levels weekly sequence planning on a daily basis.
- Executes load balancing calculations and cooperates with master planning for optimized plans.
- Monitors deliveries as scheduled and proposes measures in case of deviation.
- Arranges, schedules and prioritizes sequences, quantities and target date based on DCC (demand capacity checks).
Basic Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in production planning
- Working knowledge of manufacturing routings, BOM and standards
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or four-year degree in related field
- 3 to 5 years' experience in Manufacturing Production planning
- SAP experience with production orders, inventory, planning
- APICS Certification or ability to become certified
