Summary:

Plans, prepares, and controls production schedules, ensuring the timely flow of materials to meet production needs.

Coordinates material movement between warehouse/storeroom and production areas.
-
Advises management on work progress, material availability, and potential production issues.

Schedules personnel, equipment, and materials based on production needs, preparing work orders and purchase requests.

Coordinates interdepartmental activities with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and other departments.

Expedites parts movement through move orders, stock transfers, and shipping requests.
Required Skills:

MS Excel (Intermediate)

SAP

Strong understanding of production scheduling and material management

Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple tasks
Desired Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience with inventory control and production scheduling software

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
