Production and Packaging Positions (MN, Minneapolis) - New French Bakery

Our artisan bakery is growing and we are looking for dependable, hardworking candidates for a variety of production and packaging positions at our Minneapolis plants.

We are hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift in a variety of positions including: Mixers, Line Operators, Oven Operators, Packaging Operators, and Operator Assistants.

Job duties may include:
- Follow approved recipe, mix correct quantities, and see product through to next stage
- Monitor quality of bread on fast paced production line
- Make adjustments as needed to line speeds
- Count and accurately pack product into boxes
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety regulations at all times
- Work positively with team members to safely create a high quality product
- Keep area clean and organized during your shift
