Production Packaging Operator at Manpower

Our client, a leading cheese manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Workers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cheese Production

Location: Grantsburg, WI

Pay Range: $17.50/hr - $18.40/hr

What's the Job?

• Packaging loafs of cheese on a rotational line
• Performing the packaging operation of string cheeses, monitoring the machinery and ensuring quality of the product
• Sets up and sanitizes all machines prior to daily operation and dismantles and cleans after daily operation
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and accurately records all production information
• Learns the cheesemaking process which is highly automated. Most of the shift is monitoring the machines that make the cheese

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 70lbs
• Steady standing, lifting, and stretching
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a changing work environment
