CornellCookson a division of Clopay Corporation is a leading door and grille manufacturer located in Mountain Top, PA where we manufacture a complete line of overhead door and closure products, designed for commercial industrial, institutional and retail use.

We are seeking outstanding, highly motivated and energetic candidates to join our growing team on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Shift.

We are looking to fill positions in :

• Motor Cover Assembler (Fabricator) - 3rd shift
• Shear sheet metal pieces/ Bend Pieces to proper degree per shop sheets/Read,understand & interpret shop sheets & drawings/Use of mechanical and hydraulic shear/Brake Press/Rivet Gun
• Guide Assembly (Assembly) - 3rd shift
• Use of guide gap tool to adjust guide as needed / Ensure any brush-weather strip is supplied as required / ensure angles are proper material and/or color
• Shaft Assembly (Fabricator) - 1st shift & 2nd shift
• Mig Welding / Assemble and mark pipe according to shop sheets / Operate Drill Press / Weld Gear ends and fasten
• Motor Service Tech (Fabricator) - 1st shift
• Safely and accurately manufacture the required components as detailed in the shop sheets. Verifies parts and motors, due dates, order status and re-use of FMA operators. Inspects, test and re-package / return RMA's
• C20 Curtain Assembly(Assembly) - 3rd shift
• Assemble metal curtains using various hand tools, power tools and operating equipment, in accordance with standard operating procedures, selecting correct Bottom Bar, End Locks, and Rivets.
• Powder Coat Load/Unload (Packaging)- 3rd shift
• Load & Unload product on conveyor system ensuring parts are correct and meet the requirements and specifications of the final product.
• C20 Roll Form Operator(Machine Operator) -3rd shift & 4M shift
• Read, understand and interpret shop sheets and job drawings / Set up and adjust Roll Former / Mechanical Skills
• Shipping Associate (Material Handler) - 2nd shift
• Loading & unloading different transport items recoding inventory statuses, and making sure deliveries properly match purchase orders
• 1024 Fabricator (Fabricator) - 1st shift
• Operate drill press, welding and grinding of metal / Identify all parts required for 1024 box fabrication and assembly
• Receiver (Material Handler) - 2nd shift
• Unload trucks, vans, flatbeds./Store material in appropriate staging areas properly mark and tag quantities on material.
• C20 Bottom Bar (Fabricator) - 1st shift
• Use of punch machine, band saw, mill machine, metal muncher, and chop saw / Tack weld side handles and bottom bars
• Guide Prep (Fabricator) - 3rd shift
• Tapping holes in drilled out tubes and interlock plates / Grind down welds / Form bell mouths / Weld on wind locks,/Drill tube holes as required

Our new team members are starting at $20.00 to $23.00 with an additional shift differential of $1.50 /hour for working 2nd or 3rd shift and $2.00/hour for 4th shift

1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:00 pm 2nd Shift 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm 3rd Shift 11:00 pm to 7:00 am 4F Shift (Fri-Sat-Sunday) 7:00 am to 7:00 pm 4M Shift (Sat-Sun-Monday) 7:00 am to 7:00 pm



Qualified candidates must possess a High School diploma, must be able lift up to 50 pounds, and have the ability to work at a quick pace.

Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility.

Understand, interpret and utilize blueprints / drawings

Ability to use hand tools and read a tape measure with accuracy

Computer knowledge
