Production Operators - Spherion

We are currently seeking Production Operators for a diverse manufacturer of plastic injection molding, urethane foam, and assembly of parts. If you have a strong attention to detail and share in our values of hard work, integrity, stewardship, and excellence, we'd love to meet you!

Temp-to-hire position with great work environment and excellent benefits:

Responsibilities:
Work in a team environment to run injection molding machines
Inspect and package finished product to ensure we are meeting customer expectations

Working hours: 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Experience with operating machinery in a manufacturing setting
Basic understanding of quality control procedures
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team player with excellent communication skills.

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience
Willing and able to work overtime
Able to lift 35 lbs
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd Shift: 4pm - 12am /12am-8am
Excellent attendance and punctuality
