Production Operator – Vineland, NJ
This is a full-time, hourly level position.
Required Skills:
The following job description is for an individual that can perform the duties of one of the following three positions:
Vemag Operator Responsibilities:
+ Can safely lift up to 50lbs
+ Understands and can explain the theory of operation
+ Performs Metal Check/ Product Screening for foreign materials
+ Metal Check Calibration Procedures
+ Product Reject Policy
+ Packaging Eatem Foods Products
+ Product Recognition
+ Electric scale and its operation
+ Completes all required paperwork
+ Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.
+ Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment
Chopper Operator Responsibilities:
+ Can safely lift up to 50lbs
+ Understands and can explain the theory of operation
+ Stages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making process
+ Follows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directed
+ Operates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedure
+ Completes all required paperwork
+ Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.
+ Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment
Flavor Technician Responsibilities:
+ Can safely lift up to 50lbs
+ Understands and can explain the theory of operation
+ Stages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making process
+ Follows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directed
+ Checks moisture using moisture analyzer when required.
+ Operates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedure
+ Completes all required paperwork
+ Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.
+ Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment
Job Requirements:
+ Ability to safely and successful perform the essential job functions consistent with qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
+ Must be able to stand for periods longer than two hours
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
