Job Summary:
Certified to perform all job functions of a Molder, Trimmer and Finisher within the cell.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Prepare stock to load press.
+ Apply mold release, load and unload product.
+ Inspect and process molded panels.
+ Statistically monitor product quality levels.
+ Make minor adjustments to press set-up as required.
+ Maintain appropriate set-up and data in press computer. Monitor for proper setting and alarms.
+ Complete daily production summary reports.
+ Check for correct solution in tank & place panels in solution.
+ Seat panels in die, trim and call for trim check.
+ Rinse product and transfer product into tote
+ Line clearance of Molding, Trimming and Washing equipment.
+ Metal detect-stoppers are scanned for metal particles.
+ Check routing slip for disposition of trimmed parts.
+ Reinspection of Final QC rejects.
+ Reprocess work.
+ Use good housekeeping practices to maintain a clean, orderly and safe work area.
+ Follow all safety rules and safety procedures.
+ Performs other duties, as assigned based on business needs.
+ Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
+ Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance .
+ Accurately & effectively communicate with other team members and management team
Basic Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ 0 - 3 Years of experience
+ Successfully complete all training programs and certification requirements. Previous experience preferred. Some basic computer skills required.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Must be Self-motivated and able to work a flexible schedule.
+ Must possess an acute attention to detail.
+ Basic computer skills, i.e., use a mouse/keyboard.
+ Ability to apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
+ General use of computer workstation and ability to use SAP commands is preferred.
+ Must be willing and able to work as a team member and make general decisions within authorized job responsibilities.
+ Must be able to train and guide others as required.
+ Must be able to read and write in English.
+ Travel Requirements:
+ Must be able to travel up to 0% of the time
+ Physical & Mental Requirements:
+ Must be able to read and write.
+ Good communication skills to interact with others in a positive manner.
+ Must be able to understand direction and adhere to established procedures.
+ Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
