Pay Rate/Compensation:

2nd/3rd Shift - $23.10/hr
2nd Shift start times range from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
3rd Shift start times range from 10:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Shift placement given at orientation
Weekly Pay
Pay increases at 6 months and 1 year

What’s a Typical Day as a Production Operator?

Assembling automotive parts on a factory assembly line
Pushing/pulling carts with an average of 40lbs of force
Performing continuous bending, stooping, and squatting

This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You:

Are at least 18 years old
Can work a full 8+ hour shift
Are available to work Overtime (extended shifts and weekends)
Are willing to attend orientation training in Bellefontaine, OH
Must be able to communicate in English
