Production Operator at Talento Search Group

Pay range is $23-25 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
- Package finished products for shipment or storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Experience operating press machines is a bonus
- Understanding of quality control principles and practices
- Ability to use measuring tools, such as micrometers, to ensure accuracy
