Employment Terms:
- Onsite, full-time employment
- Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm
- Estimated Pay Rate: $14.87 to $24.78 per hour
- Overtime and work outside of regular schedule may be required, depending on production needs
Essential Tasks - In this job, you will:
- Adhere to all gowning/uniform requirements in assigned areas
- Keep accurate records and production logs; complete batch records as required
- Process, inspect, and/or package commodities through various processing stages
- Operate minor assembly type machines in or out of a clean room type environment
- Perform detailed inspections of commodities
General Skills and Abilities - In this job you will demonstrate:
- Ability to comprehend and respond to verbal and written instructions/plant documents
- Ability to maintain concentration while performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently or in groups effectively
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Ability to stand up to 8-12 hours per shift, sit for up to 2-4 hours per shift, twist at waist 10 times per hour, regularly lift up to 20 pounds per activity 5 times per shift, occasionally lift a maximum of 50 pounds per activity 1 time per shift, walk, climb stairs, climb ladders/walk on catwalks
- Ability to use computer terminals 1 hour per shift, respond to visual warning indicators, respond to audible warning indicators, respond to color or special visual indicators, work around moving equipment, work with chemicals, work in hearing conservation area, work on knees occasionally
Education/Knowledge - In this job you need to have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in any field is a nice to have but not required
Experience - In this job you need to have:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical production environment is a nice to have but not required

The Recruitment Process
