Production Operator III - St Marys Cement U.S.

Purpose of Position: Monitors conveyors, product and process for the mill system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains observation of supply of materials in the feed bins and replenishes as needed.
• Measure tanks and silos, report measurements to Production Operator I and/or Production Coordinator.
• Oil and adjust machinery and equipment as needed.
• Operate Mobile Equipment such as Front End Loaders, Bulldozer, skid steer, forklift.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments; report unusual production problems to Production Coordinator.
• Observe incoming clinker trucks to assure clinker is placed in right area of storage building.
• Cleans up spilled material from conveyor belts and work area
• Monitors conveyors, product and process.
• Maintains general work area in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
• Ensure environmental procedures are followed.
• Conduct routine planned work observations

Education and/or experience: High school graduate or GED. Prior production utility experience.
