DESCRIPTION
As a Production Worker, you will perform various tasks in a manufacturing setting, including production line duties and material handling. Your primary goal is to meet production standards while following safety and quality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect materials and products as part of the production process.
Document work accurately, including production activities, lot changes, and cleaning processes.
Identify and handle defective products.
Maintain productivity levels and ensure products meet quality standards.
Work closely with team members to solve problems and improve processes.
Follow safety and company guidelines, including cGMP standards and SOPs.
Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to follow instructions and complete basic math add, subtract, fractions, etc..
Basic mechanical skills to make minor equipment adjustments.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Work Environment
May involve some travel
Requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted or 75 lbs. with assistance.
Requires use of PPE, such as safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors when needed.
