Production Operator (1st Shift) - ITW

The Production Operator is required to safely and efficiently operate all equipment necessary to package finished goods in a batch process, chemical manufacturing environment. 

1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday through Friday.  

Pay rates from $19/hr 

• High School diploma or equivalent education required
• 2 years work experience in a chemical environment preferred
• Forklift operation experience preferred
• Basic understanding of computers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and basic math
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and to react positively to verbal instructions given by a Supervisor or another manager
• Ability to climb stairs, stand or sit for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 55 lbs. repetitively
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time
