The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and a minimum of six years of relevant experience. This role requires expertise in managing production, pricing, sales, and distribution activities to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services while driving operational excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of six years of experience in operations, production, or a related field, preferably in healthcare.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to forecast demand, analyze data, and identify trends to support decision-making.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to address challenges and implement practical solutions promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Coordination: Direct and oversee production, pricing, sales, and distribution activities to align with organizational goals.
- Strategic Planning: Forecast customer demand and implement strategies to optimize service delivery.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with managers across departments to ensure integrated and efficient workflows.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure objectives are met and maintain high standards of service quality.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.
