Electronics Production Operations Manager - Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electronics Production Operations Manager position include:

• Minimum of 5 years of production experience, including managing teams.
• MUST HAVE electronics background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MRP, and ERP systems for production planning and component purchasing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with electrical and optical test and measurement systems is a plus.
• Oversee the operation of a production facility specializing in electronics and fiber optic test equipment.
• Manage and motivate the Production and Warehouse team to ensure on-time and quality outputs.
• Handle component purchasing, production planning, and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure repair and calibration services meet or exceed KPIs.
• Lead local site operations and instill a culture of pace, precision, and partnership.
• Optimize processes, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
• Support and train team members, including onboarding and ongoing development.
• Communicate production schedules, delays, and progress with stakeholders effectively.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
