Production at Manpower

Our client, a dynamic manufacturing company, is seeking a Production team member to join their team. As a Production team member, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various production needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production

Location: Sparta, TN

Pay Range: $14hr

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Work in sewing, cutting, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping.
• Manufacture products to specifications for each custom order.
• Identify and report defects to the area lead during the production process.
• Follow production schedules to produce products on time.

What's Needed?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to understand product specifications and visuals.
• Ability to learn new tasks and adapt to a quickly changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light computer work.
