Production Manager - Knowhirematch

We are seeking  an individual

that may have one of more of the following capabilities and interests: experiences with intricate parts, building small-scaled models, mechanical inclination, experiences working with your hands, knowledge of computer parts, utilizing computer screens, using microscopes.

Requirements

Requirements of our Production Manager jobs include:

• Tactical -Day to Day supervision of High Tech Products
• Strategic - Build Plans ; Resouces& Inventory planning  , Problem solving ; Process improvement- Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fabrication processes ; Machine shop   [ Ceramic, Semi-Conductors -A Plus ] 
• Ability to use and see via a microscope (some jobs)
• Experience working with chemicals
• Knowledge of Microsoft
• Knowledge of SOPs (a plus)
• Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills
• Able to follow written instructions and procedures and verbal instructions
• Ability and desire to learn (applicable work experiences are nice to have but not required)
