We have made our way to over 15 countries and are continuing to grow and expand all over the world! We service markets in industrial rubber, tire rubber, and any specialty carbon!
Position OverviewThe Production Manager/Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our chemical manufacturing facility, ensuring that production processes run smoothly while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role is integral to optimizing production efficiency, managing staff, and coordinating logistics to meet sales forecasts and inventory demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor safety compliance measures throughout the production process.
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet sales forecasts and customer demands.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure quality control measures are consistently applied to meet product standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate logistics for timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize production flow and minimize costs.
- Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met.
- Facilitate labor relations and manage workforce performance and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety compliance regulations and quality control processes.
- Proven experience in scheduling, equipment maintenance, and logistics coordination.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in profit and loss management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and foster labor relations.
