The successful candidate will .....
- have large plant experience (600 persons or larger)
- experience in Metal Fabrication or Machining or Assembly
- strong in lean manufacturing
- has managed supervisors
- open to rural life style
- working in non union operations
- HVAC experience a major plus
Plant is 1500-1700 person non union facility of app 800k square feet ....running 3 shifts .....successful candidate will have a track record of strong team building and steady career progression
