Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timeliness of production goals.
- Manage production lines, focusing on flexible packaging, polyethylene, and film extrusion.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize production output and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in the production process.
- Analyze production data and create comprehensive reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing flexible packaging, polyethylene, and film extrusion processes.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, process improvements, and cost management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and engage teams.
- Proficient in the use of production management software and tools.
- Solid understanding of industry regulations and standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
