About this Opportunity:
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Production Manager is responsible for keeping business operations functioning at the highest level of efficiency to minimize risk and maximize throughput and profit. Primary duties include production oversight and control; establishing and maintaining a quality management program (QA/QC); developing and maintaining management reports and dashboards; and production pipeline forecasting.

About this Opportunity:
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Production Manager is responsible for keeping business operations functioning at the highest level of efficiency to minimize risk and maximize throughput and profit. Primary duties include production oversight and control; establishing and maintaining a quality management program (QA/QC); developing and maintaining management reports and dashboards; and production pipeline forecasting.
Responsibilities:
Production Oversight and Control:
- Create, document and maintain workflow policies and procedures.
- Establish, document and enforce production standards and controls.
- Monitor the entire production line from signed contracts to deals available for sale.
- Ensure efficient throughput to meet company sales goals and requirements.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC):
- Implement a quality management program that describes the policies and procedures necessary for ensuring that work processes yield conforming projects on a continuous basis.
- Establish and maintain processes to ensure complete, timely and accurate production data.
- Perform regular audits and inspections to verify quality and compliance with company standards.
- Address and resolve any quality issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments.
Status Management and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain up-to-date reports on the status of the pipeline, tracking key metrics and milestones.
- Communicate pipeline health and potential risks to relevant teams to enable proactive decision-making.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Forecasting:
- Analyze current pipeline data to forecast availability of saleable projects.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to align forecasting with budgetary and operational plans.
- Implement predictive analytics to anticipate pipeline disruptions or bottlenecks.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment across all project phases.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to optimize the pipeline and enhance operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members on pipeline best practices and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2 years of experience in production or operations management or related field
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Expertise in data analysis and QA/QC methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Base Salary based on experience
- 1099 Compensation Structure.
