Prestressed Concrete Production Manager

GPAC is currently looking for a full-time Production Manager to join a team at a leading Prestressed Concrete manufacturing company specializing in concrete bridge beams. 

***Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Michigan!***

The ideal candidate will be a Production Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career, or a Production Manager that wants to make a change. Similar roles also considered! This client is seeking someone with prestressed concrete experience. As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities of Production Manager:

• Lead and manage the production team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Experience in prestressed or precast concrete, preferably in a management position (Supervisor, Manager etc)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
• Effective communication skills.
