Key Responsibilities:

·Lead Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to meet daily production targets.

·Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure products meet quality requirements by enforcing compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

·Optimize Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

·Team Management: Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability.

·Monitor Performance: Track and analyze production metrics, addressing any variances or issues proactively.

·Ensure Safety Compliance: Promote and maintain a safe work environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.

·Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

·4+ years of proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production.

·Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.

·Experience with ISO, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma Methodologies, etc.

·Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

·Proficiency with production management software and tools is a plus.
