Objectives
Supervisory:
• Lead hiring, development, discipline, and termination of Rheo Flexibles production team members
• Organize and oversee the schedules and work of production team members
• Build, coordinate, and lead training for all members of Rheo Flexibles production team
• Monitor the production environment closely to ensure the team is set up for success and on task
•Go-to for production-related questions/issues (design issues, customer impact of changes, scrapping parts, etc.)
Non-Supervisory:
• Ensure the ERP system is accurately updated
• Lead production workflow after the Job is created by the Production Planner to shipping fulfilled order
• Manage, in conjunction with Production Planner, inventory and purchasing requests for Rheo Flexibles
• Supervise cleanroom operations, maintenance, and cleaning
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to trial new products, create samples and fulfill orders
• Responsible for documentation of product information, CoC’s, inventory, and testing
• Responsible for Rheo Flexibles Standard Operating Procedures creation, maintenance, and execution
• As needed, work alongside the production team in the performance of production tasks
• Coordinate the shipment or stocking of completed products
• Perform other tasks as required by management
Success in This Role Looks Like
• On-time delivery of product
• High quality assembly of product (98% first time pass)
• Low voluntary turnover on Production Team (<10%/yr)
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work on-site at Peoria location 100%
Education:
• Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related business field OR 5-7 years of relevant Production Management experience
Software:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning software (Epicor preferred)
Experience:
• 5+ years in a production leadership role

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the production of pharmaceutical equipment
• Experience working in a certified cleanroom environment
Working Conditions
• Must be able to engage in the following physical activities: bend/stoop, climb stairs/ladders, squat, kneel, push/pull, lift up to 50 lbs, and use vibratory and other basic tools.
• Expected to be present from 6:45am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
• Occasional Saturdays if deemed necessary to hit deadlines.
• On-call to support 2nd shift (3pm – 11pm) as needed over the phone.
