Production Manager - Packaging - Judge Group

Location: Clyde, NJ
Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $135,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Production Manager - Packaging

·        Experience in food/packaging industry or discipline with focus on operational excellence. 

·       Experience in a management role.

·        Intermediate to advanced level technical ability.  Intermediate to advanced understanding and demonstrated use of lean.  Particular expertise in ERP and or CRM systems, Microsoft Windows and Office Suite including Power Point, and Internet.

·        Ability to work a non-traditional, progressive work schedule.

 ·        Analytical - Designs work flows and procedures.

·        Problem Solving- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations.

·        Project Management - Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and in budget; Manages project team activities.

·        Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.

·        Interpersonal - Focuses on solving conflict, not assigning blame; Maintains confidentiality; Listens to others without interrupting; Keeps emotions under control.

·        Verbal Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings.

·        Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.

·        Change Management - Develops workable implementation plans; Communicates changes effectively; Builds commitment and overcomes resistance; Prepares and supports those affected by change.

 ·        4-year degree required; emphasis in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Business, or Quality strongly preferred.
