We are seeking a dynamic and experience Production Manager to join our team in the food processing industry. This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in whey, production schedules, food processing, and dairy production within a financial setting. If you have a passion for production management, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to play a critical role in our organization, we would love to hear from you. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Responsibilities:
As a Production Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring that all aspects of the production process are managed effectively and efficiently. Your duties will include:
1. Overseeing daily operations to ensure optimal performance and output.
2. Developing and implementing production schedules to meet organizational objectives.
3. Managing and improving operational practices to increase productivity and reduce costs.
4. Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards in all production processes.
5. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals.
6. Identifying potential issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
7. Supervising, training, and mentoring staff to ensure a high level of competency and efficiency.
8. Regularly reviewing and reporting on production metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
3. Proven experience in production schedules, food processing, and dairy production.
4. Strong understanding of production management principles and best practices.
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
7. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
8. Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
