Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality control standards are met
- Manage and oversee the plant's production team to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs
- Prepare and manage Annual Operating Budgets for the plant
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
- Analyze production data and provide reports to upper management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Continuously evaluate and improve the plant's production processes
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, Annual Operating Budgets, and Plant production management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
