Production Manager at Judge Group

Location: Lebanon, IN
Salary: Depends on Experience
Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the greater Lebanon IN area to find an experienced Production Manager for their team! 

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversees production lines to make sure products meet all specifications and numbers / targets are meeting objectives
• Directly manage production supervisors, off shift managers, and all hourly associates
• Maintains a safe work environment for all employees
• Partners with all production, warehouse, quality, maintenance, and engineering on plant initiatives, production concerns, equipment upgrades/installations, and overall plant culture
• Participates in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
• Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and performance matters

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 3+ years of manufacturing management experience
• Experience in food, packaging, pharma, and plastics manufacturing preferred
