Production Manager | Landscaping - Business Resources One

Award winning Wheaton, IL landscaping company has been serving the western suburbs of Chicago since 1952. You'll be part of a nationwide family of companies that specializes in creating and maintaining luxury outdoor living spaces.

Responsibilities

• Made decisions that positively impact bottom line
• Collaborate with sales department and office to assure efficient and effective operation
• Oversee 6-8 landscaping crews
• Lead effective weekly safety tailgate meetings
• Manage inventory and material acquisition
• And other responsibilities as necessary

Requirements

• 10 years in the landscaping industry--preferred
• 5 years in leadership--preferred
• Assertive leadership
• Spray license or able to obtain after hire
• Driver's license (commercial license preferred, or ability to obtain after hire)
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)--preferred
• Relevant plant and tree knowledge--preferred
• Irrigation knowledge--preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (excel proficiency preferred)
• Able to operate landscape vehicles and equipment

Compensation

• Annual salary $80,000 - $90,000
• Comprehensive benefit package
