Salary: $80K - $95K Permanent Position with Benefits
Akron Area Company is seeking a Production Manager with Injection Molding experience. The Production Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate all departmental activities through shift supervisors/process technicians. Meet or exceed plant objectives and goals through efficient use of resources. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and direction; meeting production demands; compliance with safety and policies and procedures continuous improvement.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5 years of experience as a process technician in injection molding.
- Experience in training, directing, and coordinating the activities of others in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must have good time management skills.
- Must have DB entry and reporting experience.
- Must show excellent leadership skills.
- Good analytical and computer systems skills.
- Experience with "lean manufacturing” practices.
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
