Production Manager at Judge Direct Placement

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Production manager in the Chicago, IL area! They will oversee the execution of production & logistics plans.

**Candidates must have prior experience in an ice cream manufacturing facility **

Responsibilities:

• Supervise production and logistics operations to ensure efficient execution
• Develop and implement plans to ensure compliance with FDA guidelines, GMPs, and HACCP/SQF programs
• Direct and guide operators to achieve production standards
• Resolve operational issues and mitigate negative performance
• Support lean training and regulatory complains initiatives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience as a manager
• Previous ice cream manufacturing experience is a MUST
• Understanding of GMP principles
• Effective communication and time management skills
