The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all production processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
As a Production Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing all production operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Developing and implementing production schedules, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
3. Managing inventory and ensuring optimal material yield while reducing waste.
4. Implementing and overseeing safety training programs to create a safe and healthy work environment.
5. Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Maintaining the highest standards of quality in all production processes.
7. Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement in production processes.
8. Managing production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
9. Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve company objectives.
10. Reporting on production performance and progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, inventory management, and safety training.
3. A strong track record of improving customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards.
4. Demonstrated success in waste reduction and maximizing material yield.
5. Experience in implementing continuous improvement strategies.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Proficiency in relevant software applications.
10. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
