What Youll Do: As the Production Manager , youll take ownership of all manufacturing functions on-site, championing safety, quality, and productivity initiatives. Youll lead a motivated team with a focus on operational excellence, cultural transformation, and developing new strategies to improve processes and meet key performance goals. Your leadership will drive the sites success by:

• Leading Safety Initiatives: Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental best practices.

• Boosting Quality & Productivity: Oversee quality systems and implement operational improvements for better resource utilization and cost efficiency.

• Developing Team Capabilities: Build strong relationships and champion employee development, performance management, and training programs.
