Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with full benefits and relocation assistance

Position Summary:
A leading beverage manufacturing company in Western North Carolina is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production line efficiencies, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-speed food or beverage production, with expertise in aseptic machinery and Lean Six Sigma practices. This role is integral to optimizing manufacturing operations in a dynamic and high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of five, ensuring productivity, safety, and engagement. Responsible for hiring, training, and ongoing team development.
• Production Oversight: Manage and maintain line efficiencies across three production lines, ensuring that targets for output and quality are consistently met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other managers to implement strategies for optimal production performance, quality control, and workflow improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency across production operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 2 years as a Production Manager in a food or beverage setting.
• Industry Expertise: Background in high-speed food or beverage production, with specific experience working with aseptic machinery.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a strong focus on efficiency and process optimization.
