Production Manager - Addison Group

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to plant manager and working with cross functional teams to for develop, implement, and measuring processes related to cost reduction, operational optimization, and quality.
• Implement best practices in order to assure plant productivity, process improvement and safety goals are met.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in food production manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of experience in management role
• Knowledge in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual preferred
