We are seeking a Second Shift Production Manager to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production team with plant manager
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate personnel
• Ensure all parts of the production process are running optimally
• Oversee compliance with company safety policies and procedures
• Management of production staff

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of production or operations experience preferred
• Demonstrated planning and organization skills
• Demonstrated front-line supervisory skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Ability to lead a team-based approach to decision making
• Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, fast paced and challenging environment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Laundry experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
