General Description:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Journeymen Production Management Specialist (PMS) 1101 series with at least eight years of Air Force Supply Chain Management experience to perform all facets of PMS principles, procedures, techniques, and practices associated with PMS workload within the 638 Supply Chain Management Group. Support includes technical expertise to perform work associated with Contract (Seller) and/or Organic (Buyer) PMS duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all facets of PMS (Seller) principles, procedures, techniques, and practices associated with PMS Workload regarding Air Force Supply Chain Management. Also, provide experience and insight in working with Government systems and processes. Specific responsibilities and typical tasks could include, but are not limited to:

Either currently hold or have the ability to acquire a Secret Security clearance.
Experience:
8 years combined experience supporting a sustainment environment such as a military depot or equivalent.

Onsite at Robins AFB, Warner Robins, GA one day per week, the remainder of the week remote

Perform all facets of PMS (Seller) principles, procedures, techniques, and practices associated with PMS Workload regarding Air Force Supply Chain Management. Also, provide experience and insight in working with Government systems and processes. Specific responsibilities and typical tasks could include, but are not limited to:
- Provide experience and insight in working with Government systems and processes.
- Perform daily logistics systems actions/procedures to include (SIRS) D200A file maintenance, Automated Budget Control System (ABCS) file maintenance, repair budget forecasting, Program Execution, Repair Budget Narratives, Expiring Contracts Process, contract oversight, and closeout issues, G004L (Temporary Work Orders, establishing MISTR Lines), EXPRESS, Depot Repair Enhancement Program (DREP), Maintenance Planning and Execution System (MP&E), Management of Items Subject to Repair (G019C), Contract Repair Management System (CRMS), Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAV-AF), PRPS, and preparing repair Purchase Instrument packages.
- Provide journeyman-level assistance and guidance on logistics systems and processes related to their series to other personnel in their assigned area.
- Work with Integrated Product Teams on specific weapons systems, subsystems, or programs to analyze installation and Major Command planning and programming for acquisition and sustainment efforts.
Specialized Knowledge:
- Previous Production Management Specialist experience (either contractor or government)
- Experience with and knowledge of DoD 4140.1-R, AFMCI 23-101, AFMAN 23-110, AFMCM 65-33, D220 User Guide; DoD 4140.26-M, DoD 4100.39-M, AFMCM 23-3
- Proficiency with the Web, MS Office, and SharePoint
- Expert functional and technical skills as required.
Education:
- Associate's Degree (Bachelors preferred) and 5 years of work-related experience or a combination of both.
