Production Line Supervisor at Manpower

Our client, a leading aerospace processing company, is seeking a Production Line Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Line Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting production efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Line Supervisor

Location: Lynwood, CA

Pay Range: $24.30 - $32.81

What's the Job?

• Oversee the efficient operation and organization of the production area by shift.
• Communicate effectively with customer service regarding work orders and processing schedules.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment following 5S principles.
• Supervise and train employees on safety procedures and production techniques.
• Participate in continuous process improvement activities to enhance productivity.

What's Needed?

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 4+ years of experience in a processing aerospace company.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate team members.
• Ability to operate a crane and understand safe lifting techniques.
