We are currently seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, troubleshooting equipment, mentoring others, and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing our production lines, ensuring quality control, and driving continuous improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that schedules are adhered to and quality standards are met.
Operate and maintain production equipment including depositors, chubbing, and polyclip systems.
Provide training, mentoring, and leadership to production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
Monitor production processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and implementing changes as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Collaborate with other departments (such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
Participate in regular production meetings, providing updates on production status and discussing potential issues or improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on production leadership.
Proven experience with production equipment including depositors, chubbing, and polyclip systems.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of training and mentoring staff.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and expectations to staff and collaborate effectively with other departments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
