About the Job
Role
As a Production Supervisor (also known as Production Coordinator, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee pre-operation and tear-down procedures, coordinate line set-ups, review production issues and schedules, and work with other departments to prevent downtime. You'll also be responsible for assigning personnel to workstations, providing necessary training, and ensuring compliance with specifications. Your role will involve extensive communication with both supervisors and line workers, as well as maintaining accurate and legible records related to production, quality checks, and waste management.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English. Bilingual capability is a plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to stand and operate tools or controls, occasionally move up to 25 pounds with a hoist, pallet-jack or cart, and regularly lift up to 15 pounds of boxes of product, bales of cartons, or rolls of film.
