PRODUCTION LABORER - Spherion

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Laborers. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks on the job site. This entry-level position involves a range of physical activities and provides an excellent opportunity for those seeking hands-on work experience and room for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks, including but not limited to lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of the work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

Qualifications:
- No formal education required; a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is advantageous.
