Production Kitchen Manager - Fireman Derek's

• You will be responsible for the daily overseeing and  production of items we produce including but not limited to Pies, Cakes, Cheesecakes, Brownies, Cookies, Ice Cream, Sauces, and toppings. 
• Must have an understanding and ability to help implement large scale production using machinery to hit the volumes needed for daily deliveries plus growth and expansion.
• You will be responsible for implementing and adhering to any and all quality control methods and procedures.
• Will be responsible for the daily maintenance and cleaning of the entire facility and equipment used throughout the day.
• Must have an understanding of inventory systems an be able to maintain inventory freshness and limit waste to zero.
• Must be able to manage others well, assign and ensure daily tasks are completed, making and enforcing a schedule for time off, breaks and other staff needs.
• Must have an up to date kitchen managers certification.
• Must be able to arrive at work at 6am in order to prep for the daily production, ensure all staff arrives on time and ready for work.
• Must be able to communicate well with warehouse manager, general manager of store locations and with company President and Vice President.
