Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counting and updates.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety and quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
