JOB OVERVIEW:
- Candidate is responsible for the output and logistics of the South Division Marketing Print Studios. The coordinator will produce and finish a wide variety of customized national and local Point-of-Sale/Signage in accordance with detailed order specifications and complete tasks as specified in a daily production schedule on site while maintaining high quality standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processes division field printing needs to ensure all materials meet design, quality, time and cost standards set by Sector and Division Brand Marketing leadership
- Manages overall workflow with a clear understanding of division print needs; order tracking, production timelines, and fulfillment processes that adhere to brand, design and production standards.
- Tracks, manages and reports production timelines with quick turnaround
- Fosters and maintains rapport with company approved vendors for equipment maintenance and supplies
- Orders and maintains accurate inventory on materials and supplies produced in-house
- Responsible for completion procedures on collective website portal
- Oversees the Operational budget maintained by the Division ASM; will support, track and report potential risk
- Understanding of technical/mechanical art specification for print/web applications
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to communicate professionally with colleagues across all functions and levels
- Outstanding project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and aggressive timelines while managing expectations and delivering quality results

- Knowledge of print terminology, substrates and file formats

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s degree or certificate in project management, graphic design or related field
- In lieu of degree or certificate, 3-5 years of relevant work experience will be considered
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Pass a drug test and ****.
- Familiarity with the South Division geographical area is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of current industry design software (i.e.: Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop and Illustrator), working knowledge a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and platforms (i.e.: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Ability to take on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with regular aggressive deadlines
- Ability to work and stay on task with minimal supervision
- Superior time management skills
