Green Cubes Technology is a Lithium-Ion battery manufacturer in a rapidly growing industry located in Kokomo, IN. Green Cubes operates in a new and expanding industry. Our goal is to accelerate and facilitate the transition from inefficient lead acid power storage systems to Lithium-Ion power storage systems. We believe in designing and producing a cleaner and safer alternative to lead acid power storage systems.
A Production Assembly team member is responsible for fitting together all the components to make a functional, lithium-ion battery. This includes stacking cells in a pre-determined order specific to that model battery, connecting them with copper busbars, and attaching the wire harnesses with bolts and screws. They must be capable of reading and comprehending instructions and following established procedures. They will ensure all components and parts meet quality standards, fit correctly, and are suitable for the final product.

As a member of the Production Assembly team, you will:
- Follow Technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
- Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
- Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components.
- Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
- Follow company procedures and directives.
- Test finished products for defects.
- Punch holes into copper bars and cut them into pre-determined lengths.
- Report on issues, malfunction, or defective parts.
- Align material and put together parts to build more complex units.
- Solder wires and handle small parts such as bolts and screws.
- Maintain the tools used to create products.
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
- Follow company procedures and directives.
- Other duties as assigned.
The right candidate should possess:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- The ability to be on time and be capable of maintaining a consistent work schedule.
- The ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- The ability to stay busy and on task without constant direction.
- The ability to operate hand tools.
- The ability to interpret technical documentation such as diagrams and blueprints.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
