Primary Responsibilities:
- Completes all scheduled Preventive Maintenance on time.
- Performs all tasks safely within regulated environment.
- Good penmanship is a requirement of this position.
- Must be familiar with operating calipers, stopwatches, multimeters, step gauges, etc.
- Interfaces with support groups on an ongoing basis to ensure product quality, timely completion of assignments, and ongoing cost reductions.
- Analyzes system problems and propose corrective actions.
- Performs any other job related task as assigned by management.
Education, Skills, & Experience:
- High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or maintenance
- Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or maintenance also accepted
- Experience in technical writing such as manufacturing procedures, Engineering Change Requests, Verifications and Validations, any other related documents.
- Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, auto quality, autonomous team concepts.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electronic functions and advanced laws of electricity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams and PCB schematics.
- Ability to conduct advanced test procedures.
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely and accurately use equipment and tools.
- Demonstrate good people skills.
