Production Engineer - FIC America Corp.

• Monitor, modify, and evaluate stamping dies to coordinate and implement process improvements
• Prepare design (hand and CAD) sketches and blueprints of machinery, fixtures, and layouts
• Process equipment evaluation, specifications, procurement, and implementation
• Inspection of Stamping dies, Trials for aging
• Demonstrated Team Player with good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Coordinate with production personnel, vendors, and external contractors to implement process improvements (Kaizens)
• Structured problem solving experience (e.g. - 5 Why's, 8D)
• Work with robotic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HMI systems to meet safety standards and customer requirements
• Follow standard work instructions (e.g. - LOTO, Arc Flash, documentation)
• Primary focus on Safety
• Perform other duties assigned

Other Job Functions

• Perform 5-S activities

• 1+ years of experience in a Production Engineering role
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or relevant work experience
• Must have proficient oral and written communication skills
• Must be willing to cross-train
• Must be able to work company's required overtime
• Must comply with FIC's Attendance and Punctuality Policy
