Role Responsibilities

• Performance Enhancement: Dive into data analysis to boost production efficiency and monitor daily output, ensuring continuous improvement in our assembly processes.
• Operational Oversight: Keep a close eye on production stages, ensuring compliance with quality standards and auditing processes to maintain top-tier manufacturing operations.
• Quality Assurance: Tackle quality challenges head-on, advising on resources and processes for new product launches, and ensuring compliance with industry certifications and customer standards.
• Cost Management: Oversee equipment and budget management, analyzing material consumption to optimize production costs and efficiency.
• Safety and Environment: Champion a safe work environment by implementing safety protocols and ensuring staff are well-trained in safety practices.
• Inventory Control: Manage raw material logistics and inventory, ensuring the seamless flow of materials essential for production.

Qualifications and Skills

• A degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant engineering or manufacturing role, ideally with a focus on quality control.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
